What is this seasonal yoga immersion?

It’s a yoga challenge.

A Spring to Summer transition yoga practice.

For 6 mornings in a row, we’ll practice a short but efficient and holistic yoga 

practice of asana, pranayama, and mudras.


You’ll stretch, strengthen, build warmth within, cool the mind, and experience a daily dose of relaxation.

Tap into this 30 minute balanced yoga practice to invigorate and ease your body, mind and spirit and assist in the transition from spring to summer.

Yoga for your Core


This is a class that will awaken your vital center. We will strengthen, stretch, release stress, and create peace in our center, our abdominal region, which is home to pitta, and home of manipurna chakra, the 3rd energy center of the body.


Build awareness, bring healing, and RECONNECT to your core.

Seasonal Wellness through Yoga Continues


Summer Yoga Series


I offer you a yoga practice that helps to balance the summer body and mind. In Ayurveda, Pitta season is what we call summer. It’s a time of year that our digestion is it’s most active, our body is warm, our mind focused. Pitta can increase in the body during this time particularly if one is already of a pitta dosha (or fire constitution). 


Pitta is the element of fire, so this means that our body and mind can experience symptoms of excess heat in the summer months leaving us feeling not only overly focused, but also intense, impatient, frustrated, inflamed, agitated, and we might experience burning digestion, sensitive skin, irritated muscles among some of the excess heat conditions.


I’ll be offering a balanced summer practice with ways to cool ourselves in this upcoming pitta season.
